### Purpose fix #10869 - #5505 changed `scala212.version` (which `codegen.scala.version` resolves to) from 2.12.15 to 2.12.18 without updating the module's bundled `META-INF/NOTICE`, so released `paimon-codegen` jars (e.g. 2.1.0) declare Scala 2.12.15 while their `library.properties`, `compiler.properties` and `reflect.properties` report 2.12.18. - Corrects `scala-compiler`, `scala-library` and `scala-reflect` to 2.12.18 — no other lines touched. - Same shape as #8967. ### Tests - Resource-only change, no test added. - `mvn -pl paimon-codegen -DskipTests package` (JDK 11) prints: ``` Including org.scala-lang:scala-library:jar:2.12.18 in the shaded jar. Including org.scala-lang:scala-reflect:jar:2.12.18 in the shaded jar.
