Requirement fit: SUPPORTED. The released/shaded artifact has a real NOTICE/version mismatch, and this change corrects it without changing dependency versions or runtime code. On c6cdb13c2a, normal JDK 8 codegen reactor verification passes all 233 targeted cases. I also opened the rebuilt shaded JAR: its NOTICE entries and `compiler.properties`, `library.properties`, and `reflect.properties` all report Scala 2.12.18; no 2.12.15 entry remains. There is still a CI evidence gap before calling the head fully verified: run 40873087895 is red. Core/JDK 8 job 123452260877 fails before tests because Maven Central resets the download of `plexus-classworlds:2.4`. Spark 4 job 123452260806 also reports failure, but its log download returns `BlobNotFound`, so I cannot establish its cause. Artifact licensing and the other Java jobs pass.
