Add JSON text functions to SQLContext: scalar extraction through `json_value` / `json_extract_scalar`, fragment extraction through `get_json_object` and common text aliases, `json_valid`, and `json_format`. Reuse the existing Variant parser and simple path grammar. Distinguish scalar values from object/array fragments, preserve SQL null, handle malformed/missing paths in tolerant extraction, and preserve JSON quotes/null during formatting. Document the supported path subset and parser restrictions instead of claiming full SQL/JSON conformance.
