<!-- PR title: build(coverage): filter non-project sources from coverage report --> ### Purpose Linked issue: close #488 The coverage report generated by `test/generate_coverage.sh` currently includes system headers (`/usr/include/c++/...`), third-party headers installed into the build tree (`arrow_ep-install/`, `boost_ep-install/`, etc.), `third_party/` sources, and test sources (`*_test.cpp`, test helpers, mocks). This floods the directory view with tens of thousands of irrelevant files and dilutes the overall coverage numbers. Add an `lcov --remove` step so the report only covers project implementation code under `src/paimon` and `include/paimon`, and enable all file formats (AVRO, ORC, MOSAIC, LANCE, VORTEX) in the coverage build so their code is measured too. On a local full run this changes the report from ~58k files to ~17k, with overall line coverage going from meaningless (third-party dominated) to 93.1%. ### Tests - Dev-tool-only change; no production code touched. - Verified locally on an internal fork with the same script: full build, `ctest` 44/44 passed, report regenerated with the filter — only `src/paimon`/`include/paimon` directories remain, lines 93.1%, functions 92.3%. ### API and Format No changes to public API, storage format, or protocol. ### Documentation No new user-facing feature; the script comments describe the filter rules. ### Generative AI tooling Generated-by: Qoder -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
