Lev Bronshtein commented on PHOENIX-4688:
-----------------------------------------
Hoping to restart work this week. Need to figure out how how to run standalone
PQS, although I am actually fine with the testing mechanism we have in place
now. Either way I see
1. Standalone PQS
2. KDC ??
Also the requests kerberos people got back to me and informed me that I should
use [https://github.com/pythongssapi/requests-gssapi] which I need to
investigate
> Add kerberos authentication to python-phoenixdb

> Project: Phoenix
> Issue Type: Improvement

> Priority: Minor
>
> In its current state python-phoenixdv does not support support kerberos
> authentication. Using a modern python http library such as requests or
> urllib it would be simple (if not trivial) to add this support.
