IMHO, creating Phoenix specific SQL language features should be avoided. In
this case, you can already express this in a query by having a WHERE clause
condition like this:
WHERE (pk1,pk2) > ('a', 1)
If one of the PK columns is DESC, then you can do this:
WHERE (pk1,INVERT(pk2)) > ('a', INVERT(1))
