Out of 14 test failures, 6 are from OMID which is unrelated to my change.
UpgradeIT is a flapper as it passed on next run.
HashJoinMoreIT, QueryLimitIT, and IndexRebuildTaskIT passed locally
I am working on fixing/analyzing rest of the tests (5 from QueryLoggerIT)
