Our packaging today lends us to creating a new branch which tracks hbase-1.5
(gets the right hbase jars on the client cp), but I would guess that folks who
want to roll Phoenix against a version of HBase of their choosing aren't
picking one of our binary tarballs out of dist.a.o anyways.
No strong feelings at the end of the day.
