Chinmay Kulkarni commented on PHOENIX-5333:
-------------------------------------------

[~swaroopa] [~kozdemir] In case we have an existing server on 4.14.3 which has
indexes and view indexes, do we need to run this tool before we can
successfully upgrade the server to 4.15.0?

I created some indexes on a 4.14.3 server using a 4.14.3 client and after
upgrading the server to 4.15.0, a 4.15.0 client can no longer get a connection
due to various failures related to resolving indexes.
