org.apache.phoenix.hbase.index.util or org.apache.phoenix.util:
IndexRegionObserver.UNVERIFIED_BYTES
IndexRegionObserver.VERIFIED_BYTES
IndexRegionObserver.getMaxTimestamp(...)
IndexRegionObserver.removeEmptyColumn(...)
