Hmm... Is this the part where you have scanned a couple of rows on the "local"
side and now you try to verify those rows on the "remote" side?
An IN query is translated into a SkipScan, and that's pretty optimal in the
case above. I still don't buy that this will be net better.
When you refer to UngroupedAggregatedRegionObserver, do you mean a local one or
the remote cluster side?
My apologies if I'm missing some context here.
