This is the inital commit for the new phoenix-thirdparty repo.
The repo is already live, but is empty as of now.
This initial commit contains a shaded guava.
I've tried to follow the HBase thirdparty structure very closely.
The only difference worth mentioning is that because of the Java7 requirement
for 4.x, we are shading 29-android, instead of the more usual 29-jre.
