I looked at this problem today but don't have any clue. The doSetup method(has 
BeforeClass annotation) calls setUpTestDriver to start the mini-cluster inside 
ParallelStatsDisabledIT. Based on the code and logging, we can't tell whether 
the logging from the previous run or the current test.
