Its my fault that patch didn't come into official release as I was not certain 
of side effects generated by this change. Given it worked fine for Robin it 
might be fine.
When I did first version of patch I haven't really found any reason why we had 
a hash map instead of a counter, so I terminated use of map in favor of basic 
inflight tracker.
