Review Comment:
Good suggestions! Actually, I’m planning to add one for OAuth and Bearer as
well.

The goal is to have PolarisCredentialManager handle all credential
retrievals for accessing remote catalogs, including obtaining access tokens via
OAuth.

To achieve this, we'll introduce an `OAuthConnectionCredentialVendor`.
   * For now, it can simply return the OAuth credentials and let the Iceberg
SDK fetch a new token for each API call to the remote catalog.
   * In the future, we can enhance the vendor to handle token fetching and
caching within `PolarisCredentialManager`, so we don't need to request a new
token for every call.

Will open a follow up PR to add these two cuz this PR is already very large
and I want to focus on SigV4 in this PR.

For Implicit Auth Type we need a `NoOpConnectionCredentialVendor`
