You're right, there were two separate entity lookups — one via
getResolvedPath(identifier.namespace()) for storage validation, and a second
via getPassthroughResolvedPath(identifier, ...) to fetch the raw entity. Fixed
in the latest commit: overwriteRegisteredTable now does a single
getPassthroughResolvedPath upfront and uses that resolved path for both
location/storage validation (validateLocationForTableLike,
loadFileIOForTableLike) and the entity update.
