Seven bullets that landed on main after the 1.5.0 tag (da9523380) were swept
into the [1.5.0] section by the changelog rotation. Move them back to
[Unreleased].
Remove the three of these that also leaked into the 1.5.0 release notes page
(MaintenanceService, nosql supersede, version option).
Within [1.5.0]:
- renameTable 200->204 moved from Fixes to Breaking changes (wire-visible
status code change for REST clients)
- ExternalCatalogFactory -> FederatedCatalogFactory rename moved from
Breaking changes to Changes (internal SPI, not a stable public contract for
operators)
