Thanks for moving this out of the release docs. One thing though: this looks mostly like the original text copied over from the PR. From the dev-mailing-list discussion, my understanding was that we converged on two points: 1. This should be proposal/design-level material for now, not release documentation. 2. The text should make explicit that push mode is still conceptual/proposed, and that the concrete task lifecycle, reliability, security, request-budget, and operational contracts are still future work. So I think the issue is a good place to keep tracking this, but I would still be careful to not treat the copied text as the final proposal wording. In particular, the push-mode parts around "no public contract", "same security boundary", and DROP PURGE handoff semantics still read too much like defined behavior to me.
