   Thanks for moving this out of the release docs.
   
   One thing though: this looks mostly like the original text copied over from 
the PR.
   
   From the dev-mailing-list discussion, my understanding was that we converged 
on two points:
   
   1. This should be proposal/design-level material for now, not release 
documentation.
   2. The text should make explicit that push mode is still 
conceptual/proposed, and that the concrete task lifecycle, reliability, 
security, request-budget, and operational contracts are still future work.
   
   So I think the issue is a good place to keep tracking this, but I would 
still be careful to not treat the copied text as the final proposal wording.
   
   In particular, the push-mode parts around "no public contract", "same 
security boundary", and DROP PURGE handoff semantics still read too much like 
defined behavior to me.
   
   Those are exactly the parts where the contract is still TBD.
