hi @snazy , this was intensional. Without doing so, we can only test the
case where given these jars on a class path, the SparkCatalog loads. It will no
longer prove an external user typing "--package xxx" would actually get a
working spark. Those are needed for SparkSubmitUtils. We would lost some
coverage here but probably small.
