Review Comment:
Current code will probably work fine, but just for the sake of correctness,
the `dummyRealmConfig()` producer (above) should probably reuse the ID from
this `RealmContext`... just to make sure the config and context use the same
realm ID (even though it's unpredictable).

optional: Sorry, my previous comments on this might have been confusing :)
I believe a slight optimization may be possible here. If we annotate this
method as `@ApplicaitonScoped` the `.select()` call will run only once per
startup (as opposed to every request). It will produce an app-scoped CDI proxy,
which on access will delegate the types producer (per request), that is
`InMemoryIdempotencyStoreProducer` or `RelationalJdbcIdempotencyStoreProducer`
