   Assuming the emails are the same with all the same elements according to the 
DKIM rules, I disagree that it's essential with two IDs - I think they should 
be the same if the origin email is the same unless it's sent to different 
lists. I believe de-duplicating this is the best choice for the end user.
   
   I'm not interested in duplicates of the same message in any place other than 
sources for "cyber-archeological digging".
   To me this is a matter of choice, I don't see it as a technically broken or 
incorrect measure. 
   The return path should not be a part of this algorithm.
