[~szetszwo] Sorry to trouble, i suppose to integrate ratis-shell into Ozone and
Alluxio, so I need to upload apache-ratis-XXX-shell.tar.gz into a place so that
we can download it and integrate it into Ozone and Alluxio, would you like to
help me to upload the apache-ratis-XXX-shell.tar.gz to a place, and it would be
nice if we can upload apache-ratis-XXX-shell.tar.gz into ratis repository while
release.
