[~Nicholas Niu] [~szetszwo] I have a question regarding this.
My understanding is that the DataStreamClientImpl#sendForward is sent during
close so that a Ratis transaction and Log Entry is created and
StateMachine#link will be called during WriteLog?
If we skip the sendForward request, does this mean that we are not using Raft
mechanism at all?
