[~ivanandika], I am not sure if a Ratis transaction is sent separately or it is
not using Raft at all in their system.
[~Nicholas Niu], could you give some more details? Also, there is suspicion
of memory leak reported in RATIS-2213. Have you seen similar problems in your
system?
