Thanks for working on this [~szetszwo].
1) Should we also add apis to add/remove group to RaftClient
2) Also with multiple Raft Groups I feel a check should also be added that they
are not sharing the same raft log location. Or else lets create a new storage
directory for each reinitialization/addGroup
