Thank you for the review. I have updated the patch to address your comments.
I also updated the follower's snapshot index on the Leader once the Follower
responds after completing the snapshot installation. This is required so that
the Leader does not keep sending the same install snapshot notify request to
the follower even after the follower completes the installation.
