It looks like Ankit added the MIT license because of the statsd Docker
container https://github.com/graphite-project/docker-graphite-statsd
This was originally captured in the NOTICE in RATIS-668 but it seems like you
removed that, Arpit.
Technically speaking, the Docker contain is not packaged in the source release
so having the MIT license included in LICENSE would not be correct. I think you
can just drop it since we aren't distributing the docker images.
