@Jaskey I found that user may be confused about how to set the right value
for both pullThresholdForQueue and pullThresholdForTopic, `Queue` is a interval
concept actually, user only knows `Topic` and have no idea about queue nums in
most cases. So how about only open pullThresholdForTopic for client and
calculate
pullThresholdForQueue value by queue nums dynamically?
