   I can take a closer look when I'm back, but the uploading of broken wheels 
was intentional (helps debug locally, especially on Windows), although I get 
that the previous change resulted in some bugs/silent failures. If the wheels 
don't upload from the first job, none of the other jobs run (so failures in the 
zarr/expr/geopandas packages can get masked and/or the nightlies don't get 
updated if there's some flaky failure in the sedonadb wheel builds).
   
   If this is too buggy it's fine to revert to the previous behaviour like in 
this PR and I can try to reinstitute lazy failure (or decouple the dependencies 
between all the Python components) later.
