I agree that leaving a single entry is not the best idea. On the other hand I'd
rather avoid storing any state from NN. Can we choose value X that is good
enough in practice? It doesn't have to be ideal, just practically good enough.
How many deltas can be generated in 1/2 seconds? The value of X could be a few
times bigger than that.
