Testing, uploading in 30mins.
GenericPrivilegeConverter is loaded when provider-db caching is enabled and it
will work with Sqoop, Kafka and Solr, as before. It will fail differently with
Hive though. I did not find any Authorizable-like implementations in Hive, so
consolidation would be a wider change.
