Yes this is to allow the easy addition of pluggable components by adding an
additional jar and calling it by a simple name from config, in case of
attribute providers in MDCM. This is very usable internal as well as a simple
way to extend and make pluggable services within the application that might
have different initialization and configuration needs but the same execution
interface, as in the case of attribute distribution for MDCM.
