Add a getCurrentGadgetElement method to GadgetSite in the common container

Currently there is no way to get the html element that a gadget site
represents. It's useful to know this for applying styling to the site element
or possible parent elements (chrome). Please provide a getCurrentGadgetElement
method to GadgetSite to return the el_ private variable.
