* UninvertDocValuesMergePolicyTest
* TestHalfAndHalfDocValues
Other tests failing due to this change:

subclasses of SolrExampleTests)
* org.apache.solr.client.solrj.MergeIndexesEmbeddedTest
* org.apache.solr.schema.TestManagedSchemaAPI.test
* org.apache.solr.cloud.MigrateRouteKeyTest.multipleShardMigrateTest
