I left a couple of minor comments/questions on PR 304. The only significant
outstanding issue is that although PR 304 in its current state compiles fine
against a local lucene repo, some modifications to the security policy are
required in order to actually run tests. I've attached a patch
[^SOLR-15455-security-policy-mods.patch] that should address this.
