I can't seem to find the branch I was working on. It was most likely
https://github.com/risdenk/lucene-solr/tree/avatica-handler, but looks like I
didn't update that in 2019 with the most recent patch.
Solr moved to a new repo as well so I haven't moved a bunch of the older
branches over there either.
