During 9.0 release we added solr/distribution/build.gradle. To assemble maven
release folder we explicitly depend on ":mavenToLocalFolder", but as [~dweiss]
points out, it is cleaner with a gradle configuration automatically setting up
the dependency and artifact. However I could not make that work, so this task
is to improve it later.
