Thanks for the overview. I just wanted to "park" the task somewhere. Perhaps
these can be done the same way as we did in SOLR-15817, i.e. if major release,
ask RM to create a blocker Jira for the reorg.
Wrt redirects, you have a very nice spreadsheet in that JIRA, so I may take a
stab at adding those during the ref-guide release. Thanks for being so
structured wrt page reorgs!
