Huge +1 to make including contribs/* this easy! I was hoping the package
manager would make this happen... sigh.
Huge +1 to simplify the layout to make this easy! (and rename contrib to
modules) But I think that should be a separate JIRA issue that this here one
depends on. See my old-ish conversation here:
