Yes, the API changes is the main things to land. And re-organize the build,
ideally into solrj/<sub> folders but perhaps possible to produce the {{-all}}
and {{-zookeeper}} artifacts with gradle-only changes without reorganizing
folders/modules? The {{-core}} artifact would need to depend on jetty-client in
9.x. Perhaps in 10.0 we could have an even slimmer -core with a JDK11 HTTP2
client and a separate -jetty module.
