[~noble.paul], upon your request, I've run the solr-bench performance tests on
the `jira/parallelstream-fix` branch. http://mostly.cool/cluster-test.json.html
(see bottom most section).
I don't see performance return to the baseline level (SOLR-16414 commit to
remove parallelStream, which is the 4th last datapoint in that graph). I feel
we should revert the commit altogether. WDYT?
