Though as long as {{async=false}} is nominally supported, "fixing" the tests
just buries the fundamental issue, which is that {{async=false}} doesn't
reliably work in conjunction with a number of different types of queries
({{JoinQuery}}, certain configurations/contexts of {{BooleanQuery}} and
{{SolrRangeQuery}} being those I'm currently aware of).
