I have opened a PR for this issue, where I deleted all appearances of
{{-usage}} and added {{-h}} where it was not present.
I also got a bit carried away and did some modifications to make the help and
also the reference guide a bit more consistent and complete where I could. I
hope it got a bit better than it was before my modifications.
