I wonder if we need to relook at what runs on Jenkins main? I don't have a
sense of if the bats tests or these docker tests are regularly run.. And
honestly I didn't even think about the docker tests... Would you mind if I
look at the Docker tests today and see if I can get them to pass and if not
then revert?
