Many APIs (at least all the ones I checked) now only allow lowercase {{true}}
and {{false}} for boolean values, if {{True}} or {{False}} are used (or any
other case variation) it will result in:
{{invalid boolean value: False}}
This was allowed in previous versions of Solr
