Ask it to respect the official ASF release policy and structure the doc in such a way that any committer familiar with the code base can act as RM. I guess that document will be very close to what we need, and we can then review it manually? I am going to do this tomorrow, but I'll be honest, I don't feel very confident of being able to know if something is good or not.
