Updated the description to the current design. - **Streaming:** the description still showed the 10 MB cap. URL content now streams into Solr with no size limit (JSON, CSV and XML), and the commit is sent only after the whole body arrived. That has been in #210 since 2026-09-24. - **Local file paths under STDIO (new, planned for #210):** `index-url` will also accept a local path (absolute, `~/…`, or `file:`) and stream it the same way, with no path allow-list, since a STDIO server runs as the user. Under HTTP a path is refused and a GitHub or presigned-S3 URL is the only route. It is the same tool in both transports: local paths are switched on by `solr.index-url.local-files`, `true` in the stdio profile and `false` in http. That keeps the tool lists identical, which is what #194 lacked. Spec: §4.2 of `docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-24-streaming-and-local-file-ingestion-design.md` on `feat/index-url` (commit 326e124). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
