URL: https://github.com/apache/solr-mcp/pull/255

   ## What

Drops Solr 8.11 from the supported and tested versions.

   - **CI**: removes `8.11-slim` from the `solr-compatibility` matrix in
`ci.yml` and `build-and-publish.yml`.
   - **Docs**: the supported range becomes **Solr 9.4–10**, the oldest version
the matrix still runs. Updated in `README.md`, the site quick start,
`AGENTS.md` and `dev-docs/DEVELOPMENT.md`.

No server code changes. Nothing in `src/main` was specific to Solr 8.

   ## Why

Apache Solr has end-of-lifed 8.x. The [downloads
page](https://solr.apache.org/downloads.html) lists only 10.x (current) and
9.11.x (previous major) as supported, and says "All older versions are End Of
Life (EOL) and will not be further updated." 1.0.0 would otherwise launch
claiming support for a Solr line the Solr project no longer maintains, tested
with a SolrJ 10 client two majors ahead of it.

   ## Verification

   `./gradlew build -x rat`: 464 tests, 0 failures, 0 skipped. `:rat` is
excluded because `upstream/main` already fails it on
`solr-mcp-ip-clearance.xml`, which has no license header and is unrelated to
this change.
