@epugh thanks! Retitled to make the container-level scope clear, and opened [SOLR-18599](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-18599) for the core-level case. I also added `JaxRsRemoteProxyAuthzTest`: when a v2 collection request lands on a node with no replica, it's proxied and the receiving node authorizes it as the original user, same as v1 proxying. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
