https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-18169 ## Description The slim Docker image no longer contains the example documents, so Docker tests that post `example/exampledocs/manufacturers.xml` fail. This follow-up addresses the nightly failure reported in https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/5289#issuecomment-6703184783. ## Solution - Post a small inline XML document in the affected tests, keeping their existing query assertions. - Run the Docker PR workflow against both full and slim distributions. - Make `solr-demo` fail with a clear message when its example data is missing. The demo tests check that message on slim and continue checking loaded example data on full. AI assistance: OpenAI Codex assisted with investigation and the patch. The contributor is responsible for reviewing the changes. ## Tests - Static diff review and `git diff --check` completed. - Docker is unavailable on our hosts, so `testDocker` has not been run locally for either distribution.
